Responsive repairs is the largest area of spend for most Social Landlords and achieving value for money is crucial.

BMH's operatives are all qualified within their particular trades (Carpentry, Decorating, Drainage, Electrical (NICEIC), Plumbing). We also have a number of very versatile Multi-traders, all of which have worked within Social Housing, Schools and Public Buildings and Contract works (including refurbishments) for many years. Over the years BMH has built up an excellent portfolio of specialist Sub-Contractors i.e. Pest Control, Timber & Damp, Scaffolding, Asbestos removal, Ground works etc in order to provide a one stop shop solution for clients maintenance needs.
